Follow-Up: Astros continue giving to injured draft pick

We recently wrote about San Jacinto College pitcher Buddy Lamothe and his surprise gift of a new wheelchair accessible van from the Houston Astros team owner Drayton McLane and the Astros in Action Foundation. A friend of the Lamothe family reached out to Clemens through his foundation and the former Houston Astros star has responded in many ways. Last month, Clemens had Lamothe and his family join him at the Kinkaid School where he and his son Koby, a first baseman in the Astros organization, were working out. It is so great to see people in our community continually reaching out to help Buddy! It makes ADA proud to be a part of his journey!
