ADA Featured on Channel 13 News!

Last week, Adaptive Driving Access was exclusively featured on Channel 13 News for participating in a wheelchair accessible van donation for the Williams family. The William’s grandson, Jacah, has suffered from shaken baby syndrome since he was 5 months old resulting in several seizures. Jacah’s family has been raising money for a new van for quite some time to help get Jacah around safely. All of the William’s time and effort to acquire a new vehicle has finally paid off!

Adaptive Driving Access has officially partnered with the Houston Children’s Charity to make this possible for the William’s family and other families like them in the near future. Through the Houston Children’s Charity, there has been a program created called the “Chariots for Children” that specifically provides special purpose vehicles used to deliver mobility freedom not otherwise available. ADA is proud to foster this partnership and will continue to help those in need through this program.
